The property consists of two rooms with sea views and two bathrooms, the main room with en suite bathroom. The other room has two single beds plus two other optional. Large living room with direct window to the sea, and exit to a terrace of 6 m2, and fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi connection. The apartment is located in an urbanization with two swimming pools (one for children) and tennis courts, indoor soccer and basketball. Free parking next to the urbanization. The property is everything and more than the listing description. It is very roomy. The beds are comfortable, the linens/towels nice quality. Kitchen appliances and serve/cook ware very adequate including a large refrigerator and small dishwasher. Also, a newer washing machine and drying rack. Great for longer stays.The location is wonderful - right on the beach with only the boardwalk between you and the sea. As the apartment is on the 2nd floor, you are high enough for great views plus noise reduction during the day.You literally hear the gentle sound of the sea all the time - very relaxing.Surrounded by many restaurants and a flat boardwalk; larger grocery store within a 5 minute walk. Raul war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wäre ggfs jederzeit erreichbar gewesen.
