  • The apartment complex is located on a private estate and is surrounded by beautiful gardens, tennis courts, and a swimming pool. Tenants can use these facilities free of charge. Three elevators take you to the second floor, where the apartment is located. The apartment, equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi, has a total area of 90 m², including a 15 m² terrace.



    There are two bedrooms, both equipped with luxurious box spring beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, and one bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen and living area form a beautiful, open space of 25 m².



    The terrace offers a spectacular view of the gardens and the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is suitable for four people.



    Just a stone’s throw away is the most beautiful beach and the lively boulevard of Torrox Costa, where you can enjoy a wide range of restaurants, bars, and shops. The area also offers numerous recreational activities, such as water sports, hiking and biking trails, and cultural attractions.
