It features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a glassed-in terrace with A/C and Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a community pool. Ideal for enjoying sun, sea, and comfort all year round. This apartment is designed for comfort in any season. The bright and spacious living-dining area includes air conditioning, a 55” Smart TV, and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hob, capsule coffee machine, toaster, and more. The living room leads to a glass-enclosed terrace with A/C and a second 32” TV — perfect for relaxing during cooler days. There is also a smaller open terrace for enjoying the outdoors. The apartment offers two bedrooms: a master with a double bed, A/C, and en-suite bathroom with shower; and a second bedroom with two single beds. A second full bathroom with shower is also available. The residential complex includes a shared swimming pool surrounded by gardens, as well as tennis and paddle courts — ideal for staying active during your stay. • Pets are NOT allowed. • Maximum capacity: 4 guests. Exceeding this limit is strictly prohibited. Penalty up to €300. • Trash: Guests must dispose of garbage in public containers. If unsure about the location, please ask us. Failure to comply may result in a €50 penalty. • Kitchen: Used kitchenware (pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc.) must be left clean.
