About this property

La Querceta, Typical Residence. Last Minute Offer

Ideal geographical location, a few kilometers from Pienza, Montepulciano, and Montefollonico, with magnificent views of the latter two.
Very quiet, tastefully furnished, in the countryside, charming and magical atmosphere.
House renovated according to bio-architectural criteria.

Guests will find: milk and butter in the refrigerator; cookies, jam (homemade), tea, and coffee in the cupboard. Fruit. Running water from Mount Amiata. Dishwasher and washing machine detergent.

Pirelli 1st class beds and mattresses, Bellora linens. Crib for children.

Before arrival, there are 1.6 km of easy and picturesque dirt road to travel; only a short stretch becomes a little steep (50 m), but it is still passable by any type of car.
The swimming pool is open from June 15 to September 15, private on request and at the time of booking.

All bookings are open from mid-June to mid-October and are only possible from Saturday to Saturday, except for the months of September and October.

Relaxed summer holidays

We stayed at this place for a week and really enjoyed Tuscany. There are a lot nice places to visit near this house, the swimming pool was also very nice! It is great to enjoy a fresh swim in your private pool after visiting one of the nice places around.

great week in Tuscany!

We spent a week in a beautiful holiday home with a magnificent view. It was really fun. The pool also gave us a pleasant cooling. The hostess Loredana was very friendly and hospitable and received us very well. We will definitely go back again. Thank you Loredana!

Very quiet and secluded and yet everything within reach

We spent a relaxing week in a flat that is unparalleled in terms of tranquillity and panorama. The only thing you hear is the wildlife with its own soundscape depending on the time of day. We had breakfast and dinner on the terrace in the mornings and evenings with a fantastic view, and before that we refreshed ourselves in the still pleasant pool water. Despite the seclusion, it takes only 10 minutes to get to Torrita de Siena, where there are a sufficient number of specialist shops and supermarkets. The WiFi signal mentioned by other holidaymakers can easily be compensated with 4G/5G. Excursions in the near and far surroundings to Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Orvieto, Siena, Cortona, the unique Val d'Orcia, and many more are easily possible thanks to the nearby motorway exit (15 min). We will be back!

Fabulous

What a lovely find. Great location, very clean and well presented. We were treated to fruit and goodies in the fridge on arrival and lovely home cooking. Loredana is so lovely and made us feel very welcome.

Absolutely amazing place and hospitality

We spent a wonderful time in the most beautiful place, overviewing an incredibly enchanting Tuscan countryside. The host is such a kind and warm person we had lovely conversations with. The swimming pool is completely private with panoramic view. We say a big and heartfelt “Grazie Mille” for a beautiful and memorable holiday experience!! Hoping to come back soon…

Paradise!

The setting is just stunning. The views are amazing - watching the landscape views change as the sun sets is an experience you will never forget. The pool is fantastic too. Loredana is a great host. We can't say enough about the place - if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing, get away from it all place to stay then look no further. We stayed for one week and wish we could have stayed for at least another week - we will definitely return for a longer stay.

Magnifique endroit, très jolie maison, en pleine campagne, avec superbe vue et au calme absolu - uniquement le chant des cigales et les cloches de l'église du village. Exactement ce que nous cherchions ! De nombreux villages charmants sont accessibles en 15/20 minutes en voiture.Propriétaire adorable, qui nous a accueilli avec plein de belles attentions et cadeaux. Elle nous a même fait du pain ! Excellent d'ailleurs.Très belle piscine privative, sauf quand la famille "amis" de la propriétaires vient se baigner avec nous à 4 reprises, de 20 minutes à 1h15, et qu'ils nous ont demandé une fois simplement de se "tremper"...Aucun respect de leur part de la piscine privative, malgré ma demande au père de famille.Mis à part ce problème, nous avons passé une très belle semaine et reviendrons avec grand plaisir ... si les amis n'y sont pas !

Un havre de tranquillité avec une vue a couper le souffle!

Le chemin d'accès un peu compliqué fait mériter l'emplacement unique de cette partie indépendante de la propriété.Loredana a un accueil discret et très chaleureux. Un beau jardin ,une belle piscine ,le calme c'est le charme de la Toscane sous les yeux et in situ .La cuisine basique (pas de vrai four)suffit pour s'organiser et la fraîcheur des soirs avec l'orientation solaire ne fait pas craindre la chaleur .

Schönes Haus in Alleinlage

Wunderschönes Haus in Alleinlage. Wer die Ruhe liebt und nur das zirpen der Grillen hören möchte ist genau hier richtig. Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht mit Auto und Rad. Es gibt schöne Restaurant in der Nähe. Loredana ist eine nette, nicht aufdringliche Gastgeberin. Wir würde es sofort wieder buchen.

Toller, erholsamer Aufenthalt

Idealer Ort, für diejenigen, die eine einfache, ruhige Unterkunft mit traumhaften Ausblick suchen. Anfahrt über Schotterstrasse, das letzte Stück wurde nicht auf dem Navi angezeigt. Nach Anruf bei Loredana lotzte sie uns; beim grünen ENEL-Verteilkasten rechts runter. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns gleich willkommen.Das Bad und das Schlafzimmer waren geräumiger als erwartet. Ein Plus sind auch die Mückengitter an allen Fenstern und der geräumige Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach. Im Aussenbereich könnte man das Eine oder Andere mal ersetzen und in der Küche einige Schränke reinigen. Die herzlichkeit von Loredana macht das aber wieder wett!.

Heaven on earth

Lieve Loredana, Heel veel dank voor een geweldig verblijf in jouw ongekend prachtige plek/huis in Toscane. We hebben echt waanzinnig genoten van de fenomenale uitzichten, de rust, de omgeving, het heerlijke zwembad en je gastvrijheid. Ieder moment rondom het huis was naast bijzonder oogstrelend ook zo ontzettend ontspannend! Alsof we een week alleen op de wereld waren temidden van het oh zo mooie en levendige Toscane! Urlaub im Paradies

Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Gegend mit einer sehr netten Vermieterin, die uns mit selbst gemachter Marmelade und frisch gebackenem Brot und Obst verwöhnte. Der Ausblick in den tollen Garten mit der fantastischen Fernsicht, besonders auch von dem schönen, großen Pool ist wirklich beeindruckend. Das Apartment ist liebevoll ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist auch als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren in die Umgegend sehr gut geeignet. Loredanas freundliche und stets hilfsbereite Art haben wir sehr genossen. Vielen Dank für diesen Traumurlaub Loredana, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Silke und H.G.

Super Wohnung, tolle Lage, sehr nette Vermieterin

Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Es war wunderschön. Loredana ist eine ganz liebenswerte Vermieterin, aufmerksam, aber nicht aufdringlich. Sie hat uns mit einigen selbstgemachten Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Es war sehr sauber, was in diesen Zeiten sehr wichtig ist. Also nur zu empfehlen.Die Aussicht und Landschaft ist natürlich ein Traum. Allerdings lässt die Internetverbindung ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. Aber man kann ja auch mal ohne auskommen, wer im Urlaub arbeiten möchte für den würde es sehr schwierig werden.Aber das ist ja nur eine Kleinigkeit.

Ruhig, gemütlich, einfach

Wer Ruhe haben will ist hier genau richtig. Ca 2.km von der Straße entfernt kann man die Stille und Natur genießen. Das Objekt ist so wie beschrieben, einfach aber sauber. Man hat alles was man braucht. Wer Internet benötigt sollte sich genug GB einpacken, da das WLAN nicht stabil und auch nicht wirklich erreichbar ist. Wir haben vormittags meist kleine Ausflüge in die umliegenden Dörfer/Städte gemacht und den Nachmittag dann am Pool verbracht. Abends auf der Terrasse bei einem Gläschen Wein den Sonnenuntergang beobachtet und einfach nur entspannt. Nach der ersten Woche Florenz war dies ein wunderbarer Ausgleich.

Vakantie Torrita di Siena

Prachtige plek met fantastisch uitzicht in de middle of nowhere. Met zwembad geeft een heerlijk vakantiegevoel. De eigenaresse Loredana had ons verrast met heerlijk eigengebakken brood, zelfgemaakte marmelade en een schaal vers fruit! Geweldig.

Erholung Pur an einem wunderschönen Ort!!

Wir waren Anfang September für 2 Wochen zu Gast bei Loredana , unserer Vermieterin. Wie schon geschrieben: Wer absolute Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier richtig.Ein abseits gelegenes Haus mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick. Loredana vermietet auch nur 1 Appartement. Man hat also den Pool nur für sich. Unsere Vermieterin überraschte auch uns mit selbstgebackenem Brot und anderen Kleinigkeiten. Eine wundervolle Frau. As Appartement war sehr sauber. Jeden Morgen haben wir auf unserer Terrasse gefrühstückt und dabei schon morgens diese wundervolle Aussicht genießen können. Was man wissen muss: Der Weg zum Haus ist ca 2 km lang. Die nä Orte sind ca 10 km entfernt. In Torrita gibt es einen Coop. Wir haben immer einen Spaziergang nach Montefollonica unternommen. Dort oben gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt sowie eine Bar und ein Restaurant. Empfehlen kann ich eine Weinkellerei direkt neben dem Supermarkt. Dort bekommt man auch den bekannten Vino Nobile. Wir haben uns bei Loredana sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Deswegen werden wir mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Wie auch schon in den anderen Rezessionen geschrieben ist das WLAN ein Problem darum wirklich vorher genug Datenvolumen mitnehmen. Der Fernseher der in der Beschreibung steht funktioniert nur als DVD Abspielgerät. Das hat uns aber in keinster Weise gestört da dieser wunderschöne Anblick unser Fernseher war. Da wir auch Katzen Liebhaber sind wurden wir auch nicht enttäuscht. Loredana hat auch eine kleine Katze die uns auch sehr viel Freude bereitet hat. Loredana vielen Dank für alles. Cara Loredana,Grazie per questa meravigliosa vacanza. Ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio. E raro trovare una donna cosi affascinante come te. Siamo sempre stati felici di parlare con te. Traumhafter Urlaub in einer wundervollen Umgebung

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub in einer wundervollen Umgebung verbracht. Die Gastgeberin ist überaus freundlich und überraschte uns mit frisch gebackenen Brot, selbst gemachter Orangenmarmelade und anderen Leckereien. Montepulciano und Pienza sind in kürzester Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Cara Loredana grazie mille per il bel tempo. Saremo lieti di tornare.

Le paradis

Cette maison est merveilleuse, belle, bien décorée et fraîche malgré l absence d air conditionné. La vue sur la campagne à 360 degrés est magnifique y compris depuis la piscine. Et Loredana nous a fait plein de petits cadeaux, elle est attentionnée et discrète. Allez y les yeux fermés, une de nos meilleures locations de vacances.
