Nestled in the peaceful neighbourhood of El Chaparral, this charming 60m² two-bedroom house has been prepared not just as a holiday base, but as a peaceful retreat for creative travellers, nature lovers, and those seeking a slower rhythm
Step into the inviting living area, where you’ll find a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, and a TV equipped with multiple streaming options, including Amazon Prime and Netflix, perfect for relaxing evenings after a day of exploring.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare tasty home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and cutlery. There's also a dining space where you can enjoy meals together.
For added convenience, the house includes a washing machine and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs during your stay.
The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom offers a single bed, both made up with complimentary hotel-quality linens and offering ample storage.
The bathroom is clean and well-appointed, complete with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your comfort.
Outside, the property boasts a lovely front porch with a table and chairs, an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee, dine al fresco, or simply unwind in the fresh air.

El Chaparral is a peaceful residential area nestled between two stunning natural salt lakes—Lago Rosa (the famous pink lake) and the green lake of La Mata Natural Park.
These unique landscapes offer opportunities for nature walks, birdwatching, and photography and contribute to the area’s clean air and calming atmosphere.
The neighbourhood itself is quiet and local, with cafés, small shops, and parks nearby. A short drive takes you to Torrevieja’s beaches and town centre.
Transport links are good. Local bus lines (B, G, Los Montesinos–Hospital de Torrevieja) stop within a five-minute walk at Centro de Salud San Luis, connecting to Torrevieja, Elche, and beyond. The AP‑7 motorway and Alicante and Murcia airports are easily reached by car in around 35 minutes.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus stop, San Luis, is just a 7-minute walk.
Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernández Airport is a 36-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
