    June 26: brand new sofa bed with foam mattress of 18 cm thick for extra comfort

    June 25: Refurbished bathroom and cooker with oven

    May 24: Brand new beds, viscoelastic mattresses and pillows, sheets, duvets, sofa beds, toaster and kettle, towels

    50 square meters of living space PLUS 5 square metres of patio with table and 5 chairs.
    This apartment has been refurbished in April 23

    40 minutes from Alicante Airport (Taxis are 50 Euros 60 Euros evening rate) April 25

    - Bus every 20 minutes from/to Torrevieja, La Mata Village or Aquapolis park (single fee is 2,20 Euros per person single trip (price in April 2025).
    - Costa Blanca benefits from the amazing local produce of salad, vegetables and fruit.
