We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The host, Marta was excellent and met us at check in, she was kind, helpful and took time to respond to questions about the area and give recommendations throughout our stay. We highly recommend and will hopefully return next year. Location is fantastic right by restaurants and beach. We loved the pool! We had everything we needed to have a lovely month in Spain.

#### Perfect place for our holidays
We booked this apartment quite late on and were a bit apprehensive as we normally stay around Los Locos and on the sea front, but so glad we booked it here, La Mata beach is longer, finer sand and not as busy as other beaches around Torrevieja Centre. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk (if that to the sea which is fine on the way down, although can be a bit more exhausting on the way back. That said, there are lots of bars and cafes on the streets if you need a break. The apartment itself was lovely. It is clean and well equipped with everything you need for your self-catering holiday. It is compact, but perfectly adequate for us as a family of four for 2 weeks. No problems sleeping as the apartment was very quiet and the bed reasonably comfortable. The décor is really authentic Spanish, simple but, perfect for holidays! There is a pool on the complex and like most pools in Torrrevieja. The pool opens at 10 on the dot – it is enclosed by a fence so you cannot gain access prior to this time. From the apartment, access to the pool is very easy, just round the corner from the apartment. Marta, the owner was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would have no hesitation recommending her and this apartment to anyone.

La anfitriona Marta es un amor de persona, se nos estropeó el coche y tuvimos que esperar a que nos dieran uno de sustitución. Estuvimos en el aprtamento unas horas mas antes de marchar de vuelta a casa y sin problema.Muy atenta.El apartamento está genial, a mis hijos les ha encantado la piscina y todo muy limpio.Sin duda... repetiremos!

El apartamento está muy bien, cerquita de la playa andando unos 10 minutos, lo malo las cuestas para subir de la playa, se hace un poco cansado. Las cama muy cómodas, tanto las de la habitación como los dos sofás camas, la cocina acogedora y con todo lo necesario, el baño con bañera y las toallas que nos dejo súper buenas y esponjosas. La dueña muy amable y atenta con todo desde que llegamos hasta la salida y en contacto con ella por wasat para cualquier cosa. La verdad para el precio que pagamos esta muy bien en comparacion a muchos alojamientos de la zona. Lo recomiendo.

#### Excelente Apartamento. Muy recomendable calidad precio
El apartamento esta muy bien. Tiene todo lo necesario para cinco personas, tanto utensilios de cocina como ropa de cama o toallas. El aire acondicionado en el salon es un plus ya que en Torrevieja puede llegar a hacer mucho calor en verano. En la habitacion donde estaban las dos camas, habia un ventilador en el techo. Nosotros fuimos a finales de Agosto. Utilizamos uno de los dos sofas que habia en el salon y puedo decir que el colchon era muy comodo y grande, dos personas pueden dormir en el perfectamente. La propietaria Marta aun sin estar fisicamente en el lugar, fue de muchisima ayuda y resolvio muy amablemente todas las dudas que tenia. Las indicaciones que me dio para llegar al apartamento fueron muy claras tambien, todo perfecto. Aurora una vecina muy simpatica nos recomendo lugares para visitar y restaurantes de alrededor fue muy amable a parte de ser una buenisima cocinera, nos hizo una paella espectacular!! Hay una Cala preciosa a unos 8 minutos del apartamento, y a unos pocos minutos mas esta la playa de La Mata con varios chiringuitos y mucha, mucha playa para caminar. Probamos varios caminos para volver de la playa al apartamento para evitar las calles con cuestas pero no la encontramos. No son cuestas muy pronunciadas (no moriras en el intento) es solo que con el calor que hace puede ser un poco incomodo el subirlas, pero un poco de fitness nunca viene mal! No hace faltar ir a la playa en coche, nosotros si utilizamos el coche en varias ocasiones por comodidad nuestra y no habia problema de parking ni en la playa ni al rededor del apartamento, habia bastante sitios para aparcar. El apartamento esta muy bien situado cerca de lugares muy bonitos y de interes turistico como La Laguna Rosa (a solo 10 minutos en coche) Santapola y la isla de Tabarca, Altea, Elche, etc....sin duda regresaremos! En definitiva un apartamento muy recomendable. Gracias por todo Marta

Appartement très bien placé, proche de la plage de La Mata qui est incontestablement la meilleure plage de Torrevieja. Ce qui permet d'aller à la plage sans prendre sa voiture. Commerces et restaurants autour, magnifique panorama sur la méditerranée. La résidence est entretenue, la piscine est très agréable et les autres résidents sont plutôt des locaux. L'appartement est suffisant pour 1 couple avec 2 enfants.

We had a nice stay in the area, and there were enough restaurants still open, even though it was off-season. 7 min walk down to the beach. However, it was very comfortable to have rental car, if you wanted to pop into 'downtown' Torrevieja or go exploring. The apartment was as you can expect according to the price. It had everything that we needed, simple and neat. However, we would have preferred to stay on the 'pool-side', as the apartment leaning towards the street is heavily trafficked from time to time. Disturbing, especially on bottom floor. The contact with the owner, Marta, has been easygoing. She were very helpful and answered mail promptly. We could recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice and simple place to stay.

Apartamento muy bien equipado, con piscina. La zona rodeada de todos los servicios y bastante tranquila. Clima ideal (estuvimos en septiembre). La propietaria, a pesar de no estar en la zona, estuvo pendiente en todo momento y contesta rapidamente a cualquier duda. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia de una semana. Playa amplia y arenosa, con alguna zona de rocas.

The area had everything required for a good holiday, beach, bars restaurants very good especially the Indian. The apartment was clean and well maintained only issue with it was it was quite dark inside, apart from that we had a great holiday
