### 068 Nice Corner La Mata - Alicante Holiday

The beautiful apartment in La Mata has 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, it is located on the 1st floor with elevator, overlooking Calle de la Mata. It is located 500 m from La Mata beach, a beautiful sandy beach, where you have all the necessary services nearby, such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bus station. About 800 m away you have the Las Lagunas de La Mata and Torrevieja Natural Park.   
  
Now until the end of 2025, the new building next door is being built.   
  
It has a small balcony to spend afternoons with the family. In each room there is a ceiling fan. In addition, there is Wifi and TV with Spanish channels.   
  
The independent kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, small oven, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.   
  
At 6 km you have the Aquapolis water park at your disposal to spend an unforgettable day with your family or children.   
  
They have the Habaneras shopping center 5 km away, and in 8 km they reach the port of Torrevieja in the leisure area and the central fair.   
  
A perfect environment to spend beautiful holidays on the Costa Blanca.
