"We (3 adults) had a great stay for 9 nights. Tom was extremely responsive to any questions. There is still some construction going on next door but we got used to it and it really didn’t bother us at all. The wifi was strong enough to support zoom calls with multiple participants. Loved sitting outside on balcony or rooftop. Would definitely stay here again if back in the area."

"Spent 3 weeks at Maria’s apartment with my wife, my son and his wife and our 2 grand children. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The swimming pool had a life guard and was always well kept. The location is exceptional, close to the beach, restaurants and groceries. Maria is a great owner and was always available if we had any questions. Thanks"

"We had a wonderful time. Bedrooms are comfortable and the balcony was the perfect space to sit and eat breakfast/diner. Everything was good the only thing we would say is the owner updates her TV to have Netflix as on some evenings it would be nice to watch a flim. Overall a great place to stay!"

Besonders übel war, dass die Agentur sich einfach nicht gemeldet und auch nicht auf meine Anfragen reagiert hat. Erst 2 Tage vor dem Mietbeginn habe ich die Agentur erreicht, die mir dann auch rasch eine zufriedenstellende Alternative anbot, die allerdings in Calahonda und damit 20km von Salobreña entfernt war. "Lovely, spacious and well appointed property. The gardens are very well kept and all our needs were catered for. The children loved the space, pool and play area. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedding was fresh, clean and tidy. It is secure and safe environment and we will use it again.
