Be aware that the sand on the beach is rough, I advise water shoes, also bring your own beach towels and maybe portable beach chairs, you need to rent chairs at the beach for 8 euro each. "Fantastic hotel for a family holiday in Tossa. The facilities, entertainment and dining are only surpassed by the staff who are a credit to the hotel. Pools are varied and well maintained, roof top bar for adults is great and the buffet meals are high quality. We did half board, was more than enough. Tossa is a short walk to the old town and beach with its many cafes and restaurants. Can't wait to return "
