We have just had the BEST holiday In Torremolinos and having such a beautiful villa really made our holiday. The house is beautiful, it’s very clean and the beds a very comfy. The hot tub was such a good extra too and if we ever had questions we were answered straight away. I would definitely stay here again Get some new pool table balls as some were the wrong size

Ten of us (2 families) stayed at the villa and we had the best time. The place was very spacious so we were not on top of one another. The local supermarkets and restaurants were close by so we could walk everywhere. Would definitely go back again

Very Clean and Tidy Villa with lots of Space. Everything was in working order. Pool Hot Tub and Jacuzzi were all clean and working. Location was close to the beach shops and cafes and restaurants. Carrefour a 4 minute walk around the corner and cafes and restaurants about 300 meters away. The beach is about 700 meters down the road. Would recommend this for groups of friends or a family. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you

Lovely, spacious villa in great location for accessing the beach and restaurants all without needing a car. Added bonus of pool, table tennis, dart board and pool table so kept everyone happy. Good links to Malaga (very reasonable taxi) and access to organised bus tours to Granada and Ronda. Would recommend. Stay was first week in September.

This lovely villa is in an ideal location with a nice mix of local residents and tourists. No need for a car as everything you need is so close. There is a really nice local restaurant just around the corner for breakfast/lunch and plenty of other restaurants too. The area is so nice as it’s sufficiently removed from the busy town centre with just a short walk to the beach. This beautiful villa is maintained to a high standard and I have no hesitation in recommending it. I will definitely book this again. Many thanks Aurelio.

Great villa in a great location. Loads of nice restaurants around the villa, 2 min walk to the beach and about 15 min stroll in to town centre. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room inside and out. My 15 year old loved having his own little annex downstairs. Aurelio was brilliant with anything we needed (including getting us back in when we locked ourselves out)

Amazing looking property and location. Only 5 minute walk to shops, bars and beaches. Property is tired inside and could do with an update. Leaky shower, light fitting hanging off,some kitchen items unusable as filthy, tired sofa and cushions outside. Jazuzzi looks like it's never been cleaned.. Pool is very deep even after steps in so not great if you have small children. Overall great location and villa could be amazing but does need some money spending.

Absolutely beautiful villa in a perfect location. Surrounded by restaurants and bars, supermarkets and playgrounds, beach on your doorstep. It is everything you could want for a luxury family holiday. The children loved the pool and whirlpool, adults loved the pool by day and jacuzzi by night. Enclosed garden is so private and safe. Aurelio was so welcoming and was always contactable if we needed anything. Thank you Maria and Aurelio for a lovely holiday, we will definitely be returning to Villa Saudi Maybe some extra towels and sheets would be nice if I were really trying to find something to improve on.

Very nice villa, well situated. The rooms were spacious enough for two families in total 9 persons. Everything was clean and fresh, except the barbecue. Matrasses however, were soft and dented, so some of us didn't get to sleep very well. Unfortunaltely, next door there were serious buildingactivities, leading to loads of dust in the garden and loud noises of appliancies being used througout the day. A sign showed this was known for a few months. So we feel we should have been warned. A bit of a bummer. Nevertheless, the building is beautiful, communication with rentalservice was sufficient. We would stay another time.

Het huis deed aan alle verwachtingen en we hebben een heerlijke week gehad . Zwembad is niet heel groot ,maar groot genoeg om een lekkere duik te nemen . De jacuzzi is lekker om even te ontspannen. Alles wat je nodig hebt is op loopafstand , supermarkt ,restaurants etc . Kortom een prima locatie om je vakantie te vieren .

Throughout a really nice house with good rooms and lovely garden, table tennis, close to beach and Torremolinos city, really nice location to explore costa del sol. Kitchen fully equipment, some furniture need an upgrade though.

Suojaisa piha kokosi perheen kasaan. Sijainti oli meidän porukalle loistava, koska kaipaamamme palvelut olivat sopivan etäisyyden päässä, autoa ei tarvittu. "Liikkuvissa osissa" kuten suihkut, wc, ovet, pimennysverhot ja ikkunat oli havaittavissa käytöstä johtuvaa kulumista. Pidimme talosta ja paikasta kovasti, tänne voisi tulla uudestaan.

This villa was very cold especially the bathrooms. The electric hob was cracked and unusable causing us to spend far more than intended on eating out and agent refused to fix it. It was advertised as sleeping 12 BUT a double and small double sofa bed were in the garage which was so damp it had a dehumidifier going 24/7 causing huge mosquitoes to bite everyone in the whole place. Most furniture etc needs an update the dining room chairs were filthy. HomeAway refused to help get a refund.

The Villa is magnificent, with spacious rooms, with lounges, the terrace with the perfect pool to make barbecues, is 100 meters from the beach and nearby there are shops and supermarkets, the perfect area to go out at night to dinner in restaurants. Just back from a week in this villa with 4 adults a 2 teenage great time had by all villa was clean and very well decorated.Kids had a ball in the pool all day and we barbecued most nights if not eating out and the owners were available on what's App if needed not that we needed them. All in all a nice villa in a good location we will definitely be back.

Spent an amazing week with family and friends at this villa. It ticked all the boxes. Our group consisted of a mixture of ages ranging from 23 - 45., the villa and location accommodated everybody's wants and needs. The pool was fabulous too x The aminities within the villa, more than catered for our needs. We ate in a few times and made use of the BBQ. we are currently planning a return trip. Would like to Maria and her team for making the booking experience and check in straight forward and hassle free.

We had a lovely holiday, the house was very clean and very big. Many big bedrooms and very safe and plenty of room outside for The playing children . The terrace, veranda, porch are all great línea garden and pool. We did BBq every day ... The pool always was clean and transparent. What a fantastic villa., we was in august, so much room and equipped with everything you need for a great holiday by a pool, having a bbq etc. Very clean well maintai-ned and when we need some from Salome or Aurelio, they come straight away to help us or by whatsapp. .. It was nice having the bedroom downstairs (basement) especially if you have teenagers or are separate families. Would highly recommend, we will be back. There was 8 ladies at the villa who had a great time thanks to great accommodation Supermarket near by for all you need and nice walk along to shops or the beach. Can access it by train from airport or take a taxi. Enjoyed the walk along to the cable car in Benalmadena , the beach front all again within walking distance. Villa is in a nice quiet residential area ...

Great house in a great location however a few minor problems . One bedroom is actually in the basement with no outlook but has a window . . Extra charge for electricity if over 50 € used ..... did not get charged any extra right enough . Overall fab house and had a lovely time . Kitchen equipment , crockery , glasses etc need improved, but if you ask manager will bring you new everything you need.
