Bathrooms: The flat has two bathrooms, one complete with shower en suite and a toilet.  
Urbanization with 2 swimming pools: The flat is located in a private urbanization that offers 2 communal swimming pools, one open during all the year and the second open from June to September.  
Location: The location is unbeatable. Being in the Plaza de la Nogalera, you will have direct access to a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops. In addition, the beach is only a 10-minute walk away, so you can enjoy the sun and sea whenever you want. The local train station is just a short walk from the flat, making it easy to get around the region and visit places such as Malaga, Fuengirola or get to the airport quickly and comfortably.
