All exterior least the bathrooms have natural light all day. It has a beautiful terrace overlooking a quiet street, where you can eat and enjoy the sun. The kitchen is large, so that can make life in it. Fully equipped. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and beds. It has a garage. The building is newly built and well maintained. Surroundings It is located in the center of Torremolinos. On the door is a bus stop. All bus lines pass through the avenue. The beach is accessible by bus, or walk (it's a 15 minute walk by pedestrian streets full of shops). The commuter train is 5 minutes. Less than 2 minutes there is Mercadona, Supersol, butchers, greengrocers, restaurants, cafes, and all the services they need. The shopping area is 3 minutes away. The convention center within 5 minutes walk. The water park 5 minutes walk. Access to the motorway is immediately in both directions. The leisure center Plaza Mayor is 10 minutes by car and three commuter train stops. There is direct bus to Los Alamos, which is the nightlife or Benalmádena. On the listing, it was mentioned that there was a safe (the host also confirmed this via messages) but when we arrived, the host then said there wasn’t one. The kitchen also was missing a few basics such as chopping boards and dish soap. However, the flat was modern design with good wifi and a lovely little balcony. Apartment is in a great location, close to all amenities - bus, bars, restaurants, supermarkets. Overlooks a quiet street. Air conditioning is very effective. Kitchen had all necessary equipment and was very suitable for our 8 week stay. Our host was very responsive to any of our requests. He also facilitated our very late check- in time.
