Located in Torremolinos, this 50 m² holiday home, designed by Dick Holthaus, accommodates 4 guests with 1 bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. You have a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, smart TV with streaming services, and beach towels included. A cot and high chair are available for families.



You can enjoy a shared open terrace and common outdoor areas, such as the saltwater pool located at the top of the property, open all year, a covered terrace, and an outdoor shower. Barbecue service is available for an extra fee.



Parking is available both on the property and on the street free of charge. Up to 2 pets are allowed for a fee. Smoking and events are not permitted; quiet hours are from midnight to 8 am. Self check-in is available for your convenience.
