This cozy 90 m² apartment in Torremolinos offers a complete experience for up to 5 people, with **2 bedrooms** and 2 bathrooms, located just 50 metres from Bajondillo Beach. Ideal for those seeking comfort and proximity to the sea, it is situated in a beautiful community with well-maintained gardens and a communal swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Additionally, it includes a numbered parking space in the rate and access via lift or stairs. The apartment stands out for its 8 m² terrace with outdoor furniture, from where you can enjoy the **beautiful views of the sea and the mountain**. The living-dining room, spacious and bright, has a sofa, television and a wooden family table to share unforgettable moments.
