This recently renovated apartment is located on the second floor of the quiet La Roca complex. With 50 m² of well-used space, it offers a modern and functional environment, ideal for relaxing. Although the building does not have a lift, its privileged location and amenities make it an excellent option.

The spacious living-dining room stands out for its large three-panel window, which allows for total opening, perfectly connecting the interior with the exterior and offering stunning sea views.
