We spent a cool long stay in this condo!

We did appreciate almost the communication with the owner! And, for sure, the communication with the property manager! We enjoyed the location of the condo: not right near the sea, so, we could walk a little every day in this very nice neighbourhood! We have been sad to leave one month sooner due the Coronavirus but the owner had been very kind and human with us!

Fantastic stay in Torremolinos for 1 week at end of October

Brilliant experience from booking this property right through to arriving, check in and departure. Julio was always available to offer advise or help with things to do, where to shop etc in the area. Will definitely share my excellent experience with friends and family and do plan on returning in near future

Die Wohnung war sauber,und gut eingerichtet, den Fotos entsprechend. Auch waren Dinge,wie zb Toilettenpapier,Küchenrolle,Spülmaschinentabs, Pril u Spültücher, ausreichend vorhanden. Wir hatten keinen Leihwagen, was aber durch die Nähe zur Station la Colina (ca 5 min Fußweg) kein Problem war. Wir haben mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln alles sehr gut erreichen können. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit, was wir schon bei der Buchung feststellen konnten. Auch kann man ihn bei Fragen jederzeit erreichen.Sollten wir nochmal in Torremolinos Urlaub machen, würde ich diese Wohnung gerne wieder mieten .

Komplett ausgestattet. Hell. Modern. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt.

Das gesammte Haus ist in einem sehr guten und sehr sauberen Zustand. Der Eigentümer der Wohnung ist hilfsbereit, freundlich, und zuvorkommend. Waschmaschinen im Keller kostenlos. Ein normaler Pool und ein Kinderpool im Garten. Restaurant im Hause. Nach Rücksprache kann gefrühstückt oder zu Abend gegessen werden. Zum Bahnhof La Colina ca. 5min. zu Fuss. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen.
