"Les installation ne sont plus des plus jeunes. Très mal insonorisé. Les matelas ne sont pas top. Sinon ils sont tres gentil et le petit dejeuner est copieux

"A beautifully maintained property, room very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Charming and elegant owners, justifiably proud of there home and business. A petting 'zoo' of lovely birds and animals is included in their land. Dogs were welcomed and good safe walking is immediately outside the gate. Lovely breakfast included. Nearby town did not have much to offer but we ate well there."
"Independente Comporta was a truly serene experience. The setting is peaceful and beautifully designed, and the atmosphere invites you to slow down. The staff were kind and attentive, and everything about the space felt thoughtful and well cared for. It’s one of the most memorable places we’ve ever stayed — calm, intentional, and quietly special."
"Very nice place. We Got a Big room and a very delicious breakfast. But the restaurant was closed and we had to drive a Long Way to find an open one. "
"Wonderful stay for a family! Our reception was fantastic with the friendliest of staff members. The apartment we stayed in looked to be brand new and was incredibly clean. What a great stay during our trip in Portugal!"

"I’m confident it will be better over time, but right now they have quite a bit to work on.
Many drinking glass were not cleaned and spider web on some chairs.
Despite >85% empty (my assumption) we got an apartment where we had to go up some stairs to reach it. No elevator and not possible to change.
The reception is not very quick or helpful. Took 10 minutes from the got or passports until check in was done, or even more.
On the plus side, it’s rather affordable to be this section of comporta with this quality and set up but without a nice pool area, we would never come back. The French cafe Simone is probably the best in the Comporta and Melides. Amazing bakeries and good for a take-away lunch.
