"I only stayed one night, but had a very enjoyable visit. The room is very nice with a small porch and views of the countryside. The staff is nice and the food was quite good and very reasonably priced. The weather was a bit too cold to enjoy the beautiful pool but I suspect that come the summer it is lovely. "It is a country house, run by a very nice accommodating family. They go out of their way to please you, and make you feel at home. It is a quite out of the way place, relaxed atmosphere. It was fine for us that were traveling to Lisbon, and needed a rest. I don’t recommend this place if you are looking fir beaches, or mountains. The Alentejo area is hot and dry."

"We really enjoyed our stay in the villa. Everything was provided as stated and it was comfortable and very clean. The area is very quiet, there is a small local shop that provides essentials and there are lots of local walks full of wildlife if you don't want to drive. It is a short drive from two towns where there are shops and restaurants and close to plenty of beautiful coastal areas to explore. "

Die Strände in der Nähe sind wirklich schön und auch für Kinder geeignet. Für Strandbesuche und alle Besorgungen ist allerdings ein Auto nötig. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. The home is in a secluded location and provided a quiet, peaceful and private time. There were a few downsides to the property however. It was very difficult to find - it may help to provide photos showing sites you’ll pass if heading in the right direction.
