You then go down to the main living space - with Optimyst realistic flame electric fire - which opens to the garden. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, master double with ensuite, further double bedroom and a twin room plus family bathroom. There is a garage and parking - so room for 2 cars. Further on street parking is available as well. The garden is fully enclosed. The property enjoys sea views from the garden and all 3 floors. Plus it's only 10 minutes walk to town centre shops and 20 minutes walk to the beach.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the whole property ( there are some cupboards locked for our cleaning supplies )



The Neighborhood:

The property is located in a residential area of Torquay about half a mile from the sea front - a lovely walk downhill - a bit steep on the way back up!!



Getting Around:

The full amenities of Torquay town centre and beach are within walking distance, with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants to choose from. A multitude of boat trips are also available from the harbour. Paignton and Brixham are just a short drive away and there are good public transport options if you don't have a car. A return trip by Ferry to Brixham is always a lovely day out, you might even spot some of the local dolphins or seals! Dartmoor National Park is also within easy driving reach.



Other Things to Note:

One well behaved dog allowed ( which must be up to date with its flea and worm treatments )

No stag/hen parties.

Strictly no smoking in all areas including the garden.
