I loved the area and the view, it was a very clean and cute little place, perfect walking distance to our concert. The bed/sofa were comfortable. I was a bit disappointed to find that one of the large mirrors in the main area had a huge break in it and had tape patching it together. Overall, I would stay again, just maybe at a cheaper price.

Everything was fantastic and incredibly easy from start to finish. The location was amazing, and the entire experience was great. The only issue we experienced was when our key fob stopped working late at night. We were unable to re-enter the building or access the elevator, and unfortunately, we were unable to reach anyone for assistance at that time of night. We ended up having to find someone to essentially let us sneak back into the building. Other than that, we had an amazing stay and absolutely loved the property and location. We will definitely be returning to this property whenever we travel to Toronto!

The service here was great, very quick responses, politeness, & communicative, so it’s a shame that our room was so dirty & unclean. The bathroom was the worst, there was big brown stains on the sides of the toilet paper, the countertops the inside of the cabinets were very dirty with stains, & dishes were unusable because of how smelly they were. Other than that, the stay was fine but my partner & I were starting to feel uncomfortable with all the stains & just wanted to leave. Wouldn’t recommend.

Awful. Not responsive. Place was not ready at 4 pm. They then tried to say that they were delayed until 5.30 for a checkin! Untrue. Expedia got involved and I got a refund. Avoid

Very clean! Great location within walking distance to many great restaurants as well as grocery and drug stores. Walking distance to Roger’s Centre, CN tower, Ripleys, waterfront, Fort York, etc…. Property manager was excellent, easy to communicate with. 👍

I loved how responsive and considerate the property manager is. I had a small issue (that really wasn't an issue) and she responded right away. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Also, the key fob still works, even if you don’t see any flashing lights.
