1 Clean bedroom available with clean bedsheet per stay. bedroom can be available in second floor or in basement . You will be notified which bedroom you will be assigned to. You can have access to backyard for barbecue weather permit. 1 parking available per guest . Guest will be provided a Front door Lock Code . House is fire and burglar monitored. No smoking guest with no exception. Enjoy a remarkable quiet neighbourhood and shopping center of Brampton in 5-10 walk and 15-20 min drive to Pierson International Airport .  
Guest has no access to laundry room . Coin laundry is located just 5 min from our place.
