However, we only got two towels for two people staying 4 days. There were no hand towels or washcloths provided. It was unclear how to request additional linens. Sadly, the mattress in the Queen Felix room was abominable. Very uncomfortable to sleep on and there was no top sheet with the bedding. It made noises when you turn and my back hurt in the morning from how stiff it is. The bedding was a hard material which was also very uncomfertable. My partner and I did not get much sleep staying here for this reason.
