After a long journey, I was hoping for a good night’s sleep but this condo was a nightmare. The three nights I booked were awful. The bed slats were broken, causing the bed mattress to dip and slant to one side. This made it impossible to sleep. The curtains didn’t cover the entire window and the top part of the window let lots of light come in. The bedroom window did not close properly and the -13 wind chill blew in making the bedroom very cold. The owner didn’t provide simple instructions. I needed the WiFi password, and had no data but was forced to ask for it. The key had a fob to use the lift and open the downstairs main door and I wasn’t aware because the owner failed to provide any information. A simple ask for the key box code involved 2-3 messages back and forth. I am from overseas and did message him for information. I’m really not sure about the previous ratings rating but thankfully I have a full refund. Best to book elsewhere.
