Spacious two bedroom basement apartment includes your own private treadmill (perfect for this lockdown), two work desks, ensuite laundry washer & dryer, 4 piece kitchen (includes dishwasher and microwave).

Located on a quiet residential street yet in the heart of downtown. Only 1.1 km (0.7 mile) from Dundas Square/Toronto Eaton Centre which is only a 14 minute walk or a 6 minute streetcar ride away (streetcar stop 1 minute away) - Source: google maps

The apartment has been through updates since the original build but it’s not a new renovation and you will find some imperfections in the plastering and the flooring (tiles and carpet), etc. The kitchen cabinets are old with imperfections. Also the fridge and stove are old but everything is in great working condition. If you are looking for a slick newly renovated apartment please look at our other listings. However if you are looking for a very spacious, clean place in a convenient downtown location knowing there are a few imperfections you’ll find this to be a great affordable stay.
