The Space:

Before booking, please note that you will receive a link to a website to complete the required registration process that includes submitting a government issued ID for verification purposes upon arrival. No exception as this is the registration process required by the building management for Guest stays and this requirement is not coming from us the hosts.

➜ SmartTV on which you can access your own Netflix and YouTube accounts in the living room (cable not included).

➜ Master bedroom features a Queen- size bed with sliding doors.

➜ Second bedroom also has a Queen- size bed and a curtain for privacy.

➜ The living room couch has a pull-out bed for additional sleeping space (ideal for children)

➜ Full sets of hotel quality sheets and duvets for the beds and towels.

➜ The bathroom includes a bathtub shower.

➜ A washer and dryer are also en suite for guests to use.

➜ The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a large fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots & pans, baking sheets, cutting boards, mixing bowls, measuring cups, and more.



IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤Please note that access to mailbox or mailbox key will not be available for bookings that are shorter than 3 months.



➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.



The Neighborhood:

The Entertainment District is home to four major-league sports teams (baseball, basketball, hockey, soccer) so if you are a sports fan, you'll always have a game to catch. You will also find theatres, performing arts centres, and plenty of cultural and family attractions. This includes the CN Tower, ScotiaBank Arena, Roger’s Centre, Union Station, Ripley’s Aquarium, Harbour Front, Longos, the Ferry Terminal to Centre Island and so much more! There is no shortage of great places to eat around. While the condo is an upscale building and quiet / extremely safe / residential, you can find bars / nightclubs nearby on King West. You can also order food to your door or for pick up using services like: UberEats, Ritual, DoorDash



Getting Around:

Within walking distance of many major attractions and public transportation (TTC), located steps from the building runs in all directions. Streetcars/buses run frequently, and City Bixi bike rentals are available.



You are also close by distance from the ferry terminal which will allow you to get to the island.



There are also rideshare apps that you can use like Uber and Lyft.



Other Things to Note:

➤There are a few things in the unit that have been replaced since photos were taken including the couch and the microwave



➤Please be sure to read the “House Rules” section. There is zero tolerance for smoking and partying/excessive noise. My building has a very strict noise and smoking policy. Please be respectful of your neighbours.



➤All guests are liable for any and all damages/fines from the building.



➤ Note there are security cameras outside of the unit around the building (eg lobby, elevators).



➤Noiseware monitoring device located in the living room



➤ The property does have both heating and A/C, but we cannot guarantee that you will be able to reach a comfortable setting if your preferred temperature is outside the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, it is important to note that the A/C is Managed by the building. Given the nature of short-term rentals, with guests coming in and out constantly, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Unfortunately, some guests may occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity, requiring repairs.
