Located in a family-friendly neighborhood with 2 free parkings and 2 min walking distance from plaza (Mcdonalds, Bank, Eateries, Pizza, Beer store, Gas station, convenience store, dry-cleaner's, hairdresser). 40 minutes drive to Downtown Toronto. Please note that the basement and garage are not part of the rental. Stay safe! Cheers!"
