Plenty of room for all of us, with separate bathrooms for each couple and everything that we needed to cook and enjoy our dinner on Christmas eve. Our puppy enjoyed the stay too! The fireplace was just perfect to warm up and exchange our gifts. The check-in process was seamless, the rooms were clean, as well as linens and towels. The day we arrived it became evident that the AC was not working properly, but to the credit of the landlord, they sent out a HVAC technician to get it working. There was only one tv in the unit and would have been nice to have at least one additional tv. The listing indicated that there was a BBQ, but when we arrived there wasn’t one which was disappointing because we had brought food to BBQ. It was unusually hot in the area for this time of year. The house was also hot and did not really cool down with attempts to increase the thermostat. We simply purchased fans at a local store and made it work. The process to place garbage in the garage was a good idea, however it had not been collected for some time.
