Very clean, quiet, privacy. One thing is orbitz has a different price from the total checkout. Spacious living area - kitchen, dining room and living room. Could use more equipment in the kitchen. It was a shame there were some noisy people renting the basement out on our first night as we could hear them clearly through the floor vents until late.
