Pets are allowed to play in the yard but NO pee/poop in the front/back yard as it kills plants/soil. We want the guests to enjoy the space. :) 4\. Outside Shoes must be kept in the designated area. 5\. Home must be kept clean, stains (coffee/drinks/food) on the bed, couch, chair, floor, etc will incur a minimum charge of 25$. 6\. All outside doors (access to backyard/front yard) must be closed at all times to avoid pests entering the premises. 7\. STRICTLY - No Drugs, marijuana / Weed/ hookah INSIDE/OUTSIDE the premises. 8\. If there is an unregistered guest for more than 2-3hours, there will be a charge of 25$ per person. 9\. The only not so great things were there was a gross splatter beside one of the beds that looked like someone blew their nose on the wall, and there were warning signs literally everywhere threatening large monetary fines, for things like wearing shoes inside to leaving a dish dirty.
