This charming Bungalow has it all for your home away from home. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms all in one floor. Wrapped around with big windows in the back makes the living room so special that feels you are outside while you are inside. Beautiful and all green landscaped front yard and backyard. Lots of landscape in the backyard makes it feel like the real garden in heart of Richmond Hill in South Richvale. ( no basement. Lower level is occupied by the owner of the house.) if require full house including the lower level, please ask your host for more. Please note: You must read, accept, and acknowledge the house rules. The location is very good. Close to Hwy 407, Longo's and other markets. Very quiet street located amongst larger expensive homes. You have the main upper floor with the owner - Mahrad ( Maddie ) who lives on the lower floor. He's very handy if you have any questions and helpful.
