The separate apartment layout downstairs made it very comfortable for our mixed group. The neighborhood is quiet and filled with elaborate mansions and near a school and public library and felt very safe for walking in the evening. Maddie was an attentive host and the house has all the needed amenities. Recommend staying there and keeping him busy so he does not sell out to tear it down and build his own mansion! It was nice to be a little outside of the city, however, we found it very easy to drive to lots of activities. We had a very easy check in process. The house is very clean and it was nice to have 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and multiple living spaces (including the game room)! The kitchen is well equipped.
