Chelsea Hotel, Toronto
The room upon check-in was still dirty. The fridge had old food in it from a previous guest and the desk has visible filth not wiped up. The bathroom still had facial hair shavings around the sink so overall made me question the cleanliness of the room. Upon complaint the staff acted quickly and ...
