Nice place, Awesome showers. Sauna wasn't working. Overall a great place to stay aside from the rude and condescending staff at the front desk.

The hotel is old, not maintained at all. Torn carpets, broken curtain rod, terrible experience. You won't feel like to walk on the carpet barefoot. It needs major renovations. The price i paid for this disgusting experience is very disappointing

The cleaning staff(maids) were lovely. The man at the desk diri g the day was not. I was not excepti g a second vehicle for free, but to sell to the public and not allow a guest a second spot in awful.

the room have nothing, no sleeper, no water, i ask the staff , the reply is in canada, no hotel provide sleeper . he think that i only rent one hotel and never live in othet hotel. the attitude is terrible. i brought a bottle of water and a coke, he charge me $4.50, unbelievable. the most terrible thing is the air conditioner, very noisy and loud, cannot get sleep at all. we wake at mid night and change to other hotel.

Usually like this hotel. In my top 3 in Toronto, except this time it wasnt good. The room had a huge ants nest. We got switched but the new one had an air conditioner from 1832 and was the noisiest thing in the world. I had to choose between not sleeping because of the noise or not sleeping because of the heat. Super disappointed

Great check in. Standard room. Could be cleaner. Stained bed sheets should be discarded. Dusting behind the small furniture should be part of the e cleaning routine. Nevertheless, overall satisfactory.

Overall pretty good. Had to change rooms due to a broken window and room smelling like smoke, but the concierge did a great job accommodating us and took us for our word. Room was a bit dated but bed was comfortable. Kind of out of the way from anything fun but free parking was a plus.

Staff is chill and helpful, place is a little worse for wear, old worn out, but well kept Restraint is the worst! Overpriced and poor quality! I’ll stay there again for sure, had a good experience. But I’ll go out or order in my food from somewhere else.

Front desk only address the male in the family. Hall carpets need a good cleaning. Restaurant seemed unprofessional. Receipts hand written on note paper. Restaurant was expensive for very simple menu. Menu hand typed on blank paper. Overall impression was that management was trying to cut corners.

Lumpy old mattress. Air conditioner would not turn off from thermostat, had to unplug it. Old ugly carpeting. Woken up Sunday morning at 9:00 am by hotel texts after finally falling asleep on lumpy mattress. Overall terrible.

I’m a repeat visitor it’s quiet, clean and safe. Lovely pool area. Comfortable mattresses, plenty of pillows, kept very clean, nice restaurant right on site. Great for families or business travellers alike. I’ll be back ☺️

I booked a King bedroom but received a room for people with disabilities. The clerk said they had no king size bedroom lefts but there were 8 available when I booked. He gave me a breakfast coupon instead. Breakfast was not great. Would have preferred the King bedroom instead. I'm still waiting for the $100. deposit to be reversed to my card a week later.
