It would be more convenient for guests if the airport shuttle ran on a defined schedule for airport pickup rather than having guests call for pickup. It was difficult to hear and understand the driver’s instructions. Otherwise the stay was fine and the property is well kept. The cookies are a nice touch.

I arrived at 0145 and upon arrival, computers were down so was not able to be processed - the 2 gentlemen at the front desk worked tirelessly to try and get me registered (even gave me a warm biscuit while I waited)….while I waited, they kept checking on me to give me updates on status of computer systems (they were also out at other hotels). After about 1/2 hours, they were able to get me my room and I was away. I am grateful to these 2 gents for their efforts and kindness.

My Booking was cancelled due to some credit card issue. They tried reaching out but I was in a flight and reached late in the night and they denied me a room at 3 in the night and I had to look for another option at 4 AM

Unfortunately the hotel will not guarantee the room for all the invalid credit card bookings. The hotel held the room until 3PM local and then cancelled. Thanks.

We didn’t arrive at hotel until 2:30 AM due to our flight being delayed 5 hours. I know they try to accommodate early check in’s. However apparently no late check outs.

There was a little issue when we first went to check in but the manager was amazing and gave me the rate I was supposed to pay versus the going rate (as I booked on Expedia at a super low price ) but for some reason my reservation cancelled but they honoured my price and were amazing!!! Stayed many places but the customer service was outstanding,room was fantastic definitely will be booking there again!!!

The staff were friendly, rooms were clean but one of our two rooms had a mariwana smell coming out of the ventilation in the bathroom for the five days we stayed. We told the reception staff about it twice, 2nd time they came and acknowledged the smell but nothing was done about it. They only gave us an air freshener.
