First of all i would like to tell you that the landlady there called me about 2 weeks before my trip to tell me that she cannot give me the room that i have rented due to the fact that she gave the room to another family and my option where either to stay in a smaller room or to cancel the reservation and when i told her that its impossible for me and i asked to pay a smaller amount due to the fact that the room is smaller and i paid for a larger one the answer that i got was either you stay as you paid in a smaller room either you go . when we arrived she always complained that she gets very little amount of money from your company and her room deserves more and she asked me to double pay the 3 euros and fortunately for me i had the reciept and finaly i didnt. And i am asking you , is it fair to pay for a large room and live to a smaller one and being threαtend either you stay either you must leave???????? I want your company to refund me the extra money that i paid to you for a larger room . Its really frustrating to save money for years to go with your family somewhere to have a good time, to pay for it and get a lower product and a smaller room with bad behaviοr. I am expecting from you to do what you have to do and give me back the extra money i paid for a larger room . And please confirm about the room.
