  • Our contemporary-style loft is a beautiful, newly built property nestled in the Umbrian countryside, situated on a hillside with a stunning view of Assisi.
    From here, you can reach Assisi and Perugia in just a few minutes.
    Spacious rooms, large windows, a wooden ceiling, and resin floors make our loft truly unique.
    Guests can relax in our panoramic pool and 6-person hot tub and enjoy the large garden. An outdoor dining table is available for al fresco lunches and dinners.

    Our LOFT consists of a main building with a large glass wall offering views of the garden and pool, where you’ll find the kitchen (equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and large refrigerator), a very large living room, a loft suite (with a double bed on the ground floor and 3 single beds on the ground floor, connected by a staircase and adjoining each other), and 2 bathrooms, while the second adjacent building houses two adjoining double bedrooms with a separate entrance and two bathrooms.
