A beautiful building. Scrupulously clean. Staff top to bottom were lovely.
Room very spacious with high ceilings and lovely windows with shutters and blackout curtains. Bathroom was great and had a powerful shower. Beds and pillows were very comfortable for us…firm but not hard. 2 wardrobes with drawers and bedside tables also had drawers. Safe in the wardrobe. There’s a heating radiator and air con in the room.
Convenient location. 10 mins walk to Bologna metro. In total 30 mins to most landmarks (some less). We also used the buses frequently. Excellent bus service in Rome. Breakfast…lovely staff…but quite basic.
A lovely location and quiet.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The only downside of our stay was the room temperature. The room was quite warm, especially at night, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay, and this was our only complaint.

The hotel was in a great location, convenient to lots of sightseeing and attractions, and the staff was welcoming. The hotel itself was clean and updated, which was a plus. However, I was a little disappointed because the photos were somewhat misleading and didn’t accurately reflect the property. The entrance was located down an alley, which wasn’t necessarily a problem, but the alleyway was very dirty and not what I would have expected. The hotel also advertised having a bar, but it was actually just a coffee bar. While it was available 24 hours a day, complimentary coffee was only offered for two hours in the morning. Overall, the convenient location, cleanliness, updated interior, and friendly staff were positives, but the misleading photos, condition of the entrance, and advertised amenities didn’t quite meet my expectations.

We stayed for a mother-daughter trip to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday, and the staff made it unforgettable. I arranged a birthday package, but they went above and beyond with flowers, cakes, champagne, fruit, chocolates, and balloons—including giant “16” balloons! My daughter was absolutely delighted.
As a mother traveling alone with her daughter, safety was a concern, but we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The central location is perfect, the restaurant is excellent, and breakfast was wonderful. Most of all, the staff were truly amazing—so kind and thoughtful. Highly recommended!
