"The staff was very nice, the breakfast was a lot more than I expected, no problem with parking and the room was clean. I just didn't like the way they folded the pillows and the bed cover was a little old. Overall a very good hotel for short stay. Very close to I - 95 and a lot stores to go shopping"

"We stayed here last night for a concert at Hard Rock Live and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect — only about 15 minutes away, which made the whole night so much easier and more relaxing. The front desk employee greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and knowledgeable from the moment we arrived. Our room had a king bed with a nice partition separating the sitting area, which included a sofa and second TV. It made the room feel spacious and comfortable instead of just a standard hotel room. The bathroom and shower area were very clean and roomy. The bed was firm with just the right amount of softness, and the sheets felt crisp and fresh. We also had a really nice view to wake up to in the morning. We enjoyed our stay so much that I already saved this location for future concert date nights at Hard Rock Live. Thank you for such a comfortable and enjoyable experience!"

"Everything would have been perfect except for one thing; the internet was horrific. This was disappointing considering the Hyatt brand. The internet was so bad, I felt as if I were in a hotel located in an undeveloped country. With 10 Mbps it was slow, frequently disconnected, and extremely unreliable. An absolute nightmare. I had to go to a cafe to get reliable internet. The staff on the other hand was was wonderful. They tried to address any concerns I may have had. So because of them, if the internet wasn't so horrible, I would have given this place 5 stars. "

"Walkable location to the mall, restaurants, movie theatre, and more! The staff were beyond wonderful, the airport shuttle was easy to use, our room was clean. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Pros: Ample parking, quick and easy Check-in, welcoming front desk staff, rooms were clean and very spacious, plenty of food and shopping options nearby. And plentiful of ubers available, Ubers are quick to pick up your request! Cons: You need a car to get around. "

"Nice clean place with a good, included breakfast but carrying a 60 pound suitcase up four flights of stairs due to a broken elevator was not fun for a 58 year old man."
