Great spot with a river view, perfect to see the New Years Eve fireworks. Apartment was spacious with good amenities. Ferry was a 3min walk. Apartment needs a bit of a refresh especially carpets, curtains and walls. Bed was firm but didnt break our back's. All in all a nice place to stay. Staff were helpful upon check in, when we needed assistance with the hot water.

There was parking allocated and very easy to check in after office hours. The gym and pool are quite small though.

Noisy from 8 am till late Jackhammering dropping nails and crews. no tv in the bedroom or aircon and tv in main room all fuzzy, filthy cutlery food still attached ,electric kettle leaking , greasy cupboards .The bed valance was putrid . Cutting boards were well past the use by date.

The receptionist was wonderful and went above and beyond to assist me after eye surgery, she made our stay most comfortable, there was nothing I needed after check in and the room was lovely. Great team work at the INN ON THE PARK. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends and will certainly be back, thanks guys for everything.

Everything from check in to check out was good. Although i did stay for 13 days , on a saturday i headed out for 2 hours. I did slightly clean up before i had left. But wasnt expecting cleaners to come in. Luckily nothing was taken. But when i came back the door was left unlocked and left ajar. This was the only downfall. I didnt say nothing because it didnt look like anyone besides the cleaners had been inside

Our stay at Inn on the Park was very pleasent , the area is pretty central. Hopefully the Regatta & Milton City Cat terminals are operations again soon which will make travel to and from the city even easier. the apartment was nice, generally quite clean and tidy other than a bit of mould around the bathroom. parking was easy and checkin and checkout was very smooth. friendly staff made the stay very nice. great walking paths around the area along the river front and some good diining options nearby. we will stay again in the future

It was so relieving after a long & tiring journey to find my booking choice to be beautiful, modern, spacious, friendly & well appointed. It would have been perfect if I had promptly received the written greeting info & instructions -- as mentioned on the booking site, to ease the journey. Nonetheless, I can highly recommend this property - thank you.

Quiet location just off the bustle of Coronation drive. Easy off street secure underground parking with good height clearance for my Ute with ladder racks.

The gas stove did not work at all. The cleanliness was extremely poor. The dishwasher had no basket for the cutlery. The light shines directly from the corridor into the bedroom making it impossible to sleep.

Thank you for booking and staying with us. We are sorry to hear that your stay was not meeting your expectation. For safety reasons, the gas stove requires the switch to turn on which is located right next to it. The dishwasher has a top rack for the cutlery which might be a different design to the one you use to. If we were notified of the cleanness and light issues upon check-in or during your stay, or if we knew your apartment number, we would be happy to investigate and rectify the issues if any to ensure our guests stay would be a pleasant one.

Absence of instructions on how to operate the TV was extremely annoying. Provision of a single soap for 2 adults for a 2 night stay was inadequate. Faulty reading light in bedroom and multiple challenges associated with accessing key on arrival were also very frustrating.

Its location was brilliant... close to Wesley Hospital which was the reason for my stay, but also to shopping centres, city centre, river views etc. The room had a full oven and cook-top as well as microwave oven which would be brilliant for a longer stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. A very minor oversight with the room was rectified graciously and immediately. Renovations were in progress so obviously everything was not perfect but my stay was very comfortable and convenient.

Great location, beautiful view. Apartment had everything we needed. Decor, carpet very tired and air conditioning wasn’t big enough to cool the whole area sufficiently. Very comfy beds. Great shower. Overall a good stay.
