Apartment is pretty well equipped but decour in some areas could do with a bit of refurbishment. Accommodates 4-5pax easily. Within walking distance to amenities like Toowong Village, train station, bus-stops and boat ferry point. Cons: The unit is old and due for a refresh. Stingy with basic amenities. Was given 4 trash bags and a small bottle of dish detergent half full for a week’s stay. As unit was facing the road, traffic noise is apparent. Majority of the kitchen appliances and oven were dirty. Had to give some of them a good scrub before using them. Apartment was spacious with good amenities. Ferry was a 3min walk. Apartment needs a bit of a refresh especially carpets, curtains and walls. Bed was firm but didnt break our back's. All in all a nice place to stay.
