"The house and back yard is lovely, plenty of room and in a great location for what we needed. I do recommend a larger bin in the kitchen considering the size of the house and how many people it is capable of holding. The bed and mattress in the main bedroom needs to be upgraded. The bed looks to be on the cheaper side and i was concerned we were going to fall through it, and the mattress is thin and uncomfortable that i left with back pain that actually hurt me to breath. "A modern, spacious house with a good layout and a nice pool. There was an issue with our security deposit. The managing agent withdrew this twice, without authorisation and despite advising the agent of this and a number of requests for this to be retuned. While the first withdrawal was returned after checkout, the second one was not returned until 9 days after checkout, and only after a number of phone calls to get it back. "

"Our family had to attend a funeral in Eight Mile Plains and needed somewhere close where we could cook meals and have a comfortable sleep with enough room for eight people. This home was absolutely perfect for us. The bedrooms are separated enough to afford privacy. The kitchen was a great gathering place and well appointed. The washing machine was super helpful (note there is no dryer though). Communication with the host was excellent too. I highly recommend this property. "
