"Still the best hotel in the area so I had to keep booking despite the steep price. The pool is great, staff is friendly, and everything is new. The hot breakfast every morning really helped start my days. Only issue is all the construction around the property but there's nothing they can do about that and at least I never was woken up or anything due to it. "

"My Room was clean and updated somewhat, had friends stay in another room where it was run down only had 12 tv stations the out side very run down. Breakfast very little options did not eat anything.But you get what you pay for."

"Great stay minutes from Golden. Comfy beds, cozy outdoor seating and quiet neighborhood. If I had to find areas of improvement it would be that the house could use some additional seating in the living room. We had 4 people and while the sofa sat 3 and there was another reclining chair, I have big kiddos and it was a little crowded. "

"Eddy is a nice vacation hotel with kids and dogs close to the Mines college. Loved having the e-bike available to explore the town and nature trails. "
