The biggest issue was they decided to have a big kitchen delivery in the middle of the night... from about 3am to almost 7am we banging doors, throwing boxes, mobing the truck and clunking the dolly up and down the ramp. With its ground floor entry next to the hill, it doesn't have a lot of views, but you can still see the giant M on Lookout Mountain from the living room. Very well kept flat with some nice old touches like the curved wall and wainscoting. Yet very well modernized. I was there for business at the university but the location made it into a lovely holiday to boot. A couple of blocks from the river trail that takes you right into the canyon. It would be fun for tubing or swimming in the summer, (if there is any water left- very dry year)." I stayed here because I was getting Married in Golden ans wanted to sleep closer to our venue. Next time I would rather spend the extra money on a hotel bug free.
