Very courteous staff, exceptionally convenient location considering its proximity to the railroad station which is a great plus and not far from the old walled city (from sight seeing or shopping for handicrafts POV). Hotel food is good although several additional dining options present within a couple of miles radius of this location. Chose this location given its proximity to the offices of interest during this stay, an important thing to consider given the busy traffic in this iconic historical city.

We were greeted well at the front counter by Mr Ravi,rooms were very clean and the linens too,the best thing was the room temperature was maintained well.At the checkout time also the lasy at the front counter was very helpful.
