Hotel is near the train station Tuanjiehu(Line 10) Staff are friendly and helpful giving directions to go places

Language was a big problem but the staff always wanted to help we use the translator app on the phone to communicate and did well. The hotel staff even walk me to the ATM when the bank was closed.
