"It’s every unprofessional employee especially the receptionist.could find my reservation and has rude attitude and and to find out that they allowed me and give me card keys to room and room comes with no hygiene items only one soap no toothbrush and toothpaste and walks of room has moisture on it so as floors small puddle of water and then as I wake the next day to make and extend stay they tell me I have to pay my security deposit which they didn’t ask me to upon arrival and check in . Then now they tell me to pay . But anyway I tried to eat breakfast this morning and find out there is nobody there to help me at there cafeteria to greet and show me my place of sitting in there eating area and I was there 10 minutes before there closing time for my breakfast . Which I see people that looks like sure stay kitchen staff were there but not helping me so I ask a women what was for breakfast and how can I get my free meal . And her response is that there closed. … it wasn’t even 9am yet it was about 8:52.am and she tells me it’s close so I go "

"Great spot just across from Hagat Marina and a stretch of swimmable/snorkelable beach with a park. The kitchen is equipped for cooking and everything was clean and well-kept. It could sleep 10 bed-wise but the living space would probably be most comfortable for 4-6\. Great showers! We took advantage of a kayak and paddleboard for the sunsets. The owner was friendly and available for any questions or concerns. Every room had a quiet, effective mini-split A/C and they worked really well. Fast WiFi. We would definitely stay again! This would be a good spot for families (easy beach access, fenced yard, kid safe) although it didn’t have infant/toddler specific toys, utensils, etc. and the floors are tile so just plan if traveling with very littles."

"The outside of the condos could use a good pressure wash/coat of paint to match the cleanliness of the inside. Inside the condo and hotel were spotless. My family enjoyed the hotel pool and riding the electric scooters available to rent. Bowling was fun too. Hotel staff during check in were friendly and welcoming. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the wait staff in the restaurants could use a little more training. We tried multiple restaurants in the hotel and the service was not the best and quality of food was inconsistent. Overall, our stay was fun and relaxing. Would recommend to friends. "
