"Bei meiner Ankunft stellte ich fest, dass kein Zimmer gebucht war. Glücklicherweise fand Ali an der Rezeption ein Zimmer für uns. Ich musste dieses jedoch bezahlen. Nun versuche ich, mein Geld für die Buchung zurückzubekommen. Ich habe mich bereits mit belvilla.com in Verbindung gesetzt und hoffe auf eine schnelle Rückerstattung. Die Rezeptionistin war wenig hilfsbereit und hat mir trotz dreier Nachfragen keine Rechnung ausgestellt."
