The Space:

The Pacific coast has its own rhythm - unhurried, warm, and impossible to resist. At Matiari Nuevo Vallarta, that rhythm finds you on the patio before you've even finished your first coffee, palm-edged gardens holding the morning quiet while the day opens up ahead. A semi-olympic outdoor pool catches the light by midday, the BBQ grill comes into its own by evening, and somewhere in between, a hammock simply waits.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms with five beds offer a flexible layout well-suited to families, two couples, or a small group wanting their own space. Room-darkening shades, bed linens, hangers, and clothing storage are all in place - the kind of details that make settling in feel seamless rather than effortful.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen handles everything from a quick morning meal to a proper group dinner. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, wine glasses, barbecue utensils, and a full set of dishes and silverware, along with cooking basics and a dining table that brings everyone together. After a day on the coast, a home-cooked meal at that table - or something off the grill on the patio - hits differently.

 

Outdoor living

The patio or balcony is the natural center of gravity for most of the day. Outdoor furniture and a hammock set the tone for slow afternoons, while the BBQ grill turns evenings into something to look forward to. Garden views frame it all - green, quiet, and a long way from the bustle of the hotel strip.

 

Pool, gym & resort access

Matiari's shared facilities go well beyond the basics. The semi-olympic outdoor pool and on-site gym give guests room to move and unwind without leaving the development. Winding green trails add another option for those who prefer their activity outdoors. Resort access further broadens what's available during your stay.

 

Everyday comfort

Air conditioning keeps things cool through warm coastal days. Wifi and a dedicated workspace mean staying connected is straightforward for anyone working remotely or keeping tabs on things back home. A washer and dryer make longer stays and beach-heavy itineraries practical rather than stressful.

A crib is available for guests traveling with young children. The space is also pet-friendly, so there's no need to leave a companion behind.

 

Getting around

Matiari sits in a quiet, secure part of Nuevo Vallarta - close to the action but comfortably clear of the noise. The beaches of Banderas Bay, nearby golf courses, and the dining scene in Bucerías are all a short drive away. Plaza Lago Real is right next door for everyday shopping, and a laundromat is also nearby. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street.



At your service

Del Mar Boutique Accommodation provides an operational and customer service team available throughout your stay, along with cleaning before arrival and the option for cleaning during your stay. Luggage drop-off is available for guests with early arrivals or late departures, and long-term stays are welcome.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Before your arrival we will send you the information with your charter and regulations.



Upon your arrival, our staff will be pleased to welcome you at the reception for Check-In, available from 15:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m. After this time, check-in is not allowed, so please take your precautions.



If you need to check-in outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with the assistance you need and coordinate your arrival.



*Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be before 18:00 pm.



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.

You are just a short drive from the soft sands of Banderas Bay, elite golf courses, and the vibrant dining scene of Bucerías. With high-end shopping at Plaza Lago Real next door, Matiari is your ideal hub for a relaxing family getaway.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to move around the area and go to restaurants, visit stores and other attractions.



For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



The resort is a 15 minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



PET FRIENDLY

We love welcoming your pets and having them as part of your stay. Please note that a $50 USD pet fee will be applied to your reservation to cover the additional cleaning required after a stay with a pet. Any damages caused during the stay may incur extra charges if applicable. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the space in great condition.



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service, change of linens or laundry during your stay.



The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates from *1 to 4 guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 dlls per person per night. *



-The accommodation has a capacity of __6__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.



-The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests and date of reservation.

-The maintenance and administration of the common areas of the condominium are not under the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day. -Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
