Die ferienwohnung war an vielen stellen kaputt, lattenrost durchgebrochen, türrahmen defekt, Türklinke fiel ab, kommode nicht defekt so dass sie nicht genutzt werden konnteDie sauberkeit war grenzwertig, besonders in Hinblick dessen dass 175 Reinigungskosten bezahlt werden mussten.Die kommunikation mit novasol war sehr schwierig trotz der deutsche sorache, da gefühlt nie einer bescheid wusdte und es war oft nicht hilfreich. Man hatte das gefühl es muss eine schnelle antwort gegeben werden aber es wird nicht überprüft ob es stimmt, passt. Es wusste gefühlt keiner wo wir uns befinden und vorallem nicht wie die ferienwohnung aussieht. Wir waren trotz schöner Umgebung mit dem Anbieter und der ferienwohnung sehr unzufrieden
